Menopause is a stage in a woman’s life when her ovaries stop producing the hormones estrogen and progesterone and she stops having her monthly menstrual cycle (her period). It is a normal part of aging and marks the end of a woman’s reproductive years. Menopause typically occurs in a woman’s late 40’s to early 50’s. It can also lead to sleep problems.

Anxiety and even panic attacks may be symptoms of a number of hormonal changes or problems in women, including premenstrual syndrome (PMS), premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), perimenopause, and menopause. Hormonal changes may cause the anxiety or make it worse. If you are a woman, you may want to explore these other conditions because treating them may treat the anxiety itself.

Talking about the causes of menopause, if it takes place after 45 years of age, it is considered normal. Here the factor that can be held responsible is aging. But sometimes, it happens early. In some women, the menopausal change takes place without any unpleasant symptoms, the only change really being the cessation of menstrual flow. There are, however, many women who develop disturbing symptoms such as hot flushes, night sweats, tension, and insomnia, diminished interest in sex, irritability, and depression. Other symptoms are fatigue, palpitations, dizziness, headaches, and numbness.

Menopause sleep disorders include any ailment in a person’s normal sleep patterns. If sleep disorders reach a severe intensity, they can seriously affect your mental and emotional health. Insomnia is the most frequent complaint, occurring in up to 56% of menopausal women. Some women may also develop restless leg syndrome, snoring, or sleep apnea (gasping breath during sleep).

She’s older now and I’m noticing changes in her cycle. I’m suspicious “the changes” are upon her. Anyone who has lived with a cat in this phase of their life, I would love to hear abut your experiences.
Incase this makes a difference - she has never had a litter.

Vitamin E is also helpful for vaginal dryness and one study showed that just 400iu taken daily for between 1 and 4 months helped 50 percent of the women given supplemental vitamin E. It can also be used internally inside the vagina every night for about six weeks to help relieve dryness.

My question is, is there a possibility that I will have trouble conceiving if I wait much longer to try? I currently have no symptoms of menopause but I worry that I will wait to long and not be able to have a child when I want.
