I’m 35 and I would like to know symptoms of menopause. How would I know if i’m entering it? Have not missed a period but I feel like I have hot flashes. One minute I’m hot the next I’m cold.
Have bad headaches, can menopause cause this?

    There is a few hormonal fluctuations in the 30’s you could get your levels checked.
