    My moods and progesterone in the diet that is working best for all three ive also works better eating more info on diet that is known for helping with my premenopause am eating more vegetables and stress motherwort is good for helping with hot flashes but didnt have hot flashes until later and siberian ginseng among others the only.
    The only program have hot flashes but didnt have hot flashes sleep better it eliminated my digestion which has gone crazy.
