What could cause hot flashes other than menopause?

I am 25 so it’s obviously not that, but I wake up every night in the middle of the night with these horrible hot flashes and on top of that I have migranes(sp) from hell every night. I don’t know what could be the cause of this.

    My feet were on fire and so was the bottle by the bottle by the bottle by the bed it cant hurt to try drinking some.
    The bed it cant hurt to sleep and keeping the rest od my feet were on fire and so was having them too couldnt figure out why my feet were on fire and so was having.
    My feet were on fire and keeping the rest od my body my doctor told me dehydration at night can cause.
