i’ve heard the younger you are when you get your period the earlier you start menopause. and the earlier you get your period the older you’ll be when you start menopause. are there both myths?and is there actually any relation between the two?i can’t find any medical articles that state this or that.

    That is so not true. My mom didn’t get her period until she was 17 or 18 and started menopause super early, in her 30s.
