When do cats hit menopause, and what are the symptoms?

My cat has never been fixed under advisement from our vet due to a complicated medical condition. (Please don’t waste your time telling me to spay her.)
She’s older now and I’m noticing changes in her cycle. I’m suspicious “the changes” are upon her. Anyone who has lived with a cat in this phase of their life, I would love to hear abut your experiences.
Incase this makes a difference - she has never had a litter.

    For checkup as these changes could be signs of hormone imbalance or health problem good luck.
