Why is it bad to go into early menopause?

I’m 40 and I think I’ve been having hot flashes. Alot of people tell me it’s bad to go into early menopause. Why?

    Menopause was always hot flashes my periods started to get irregular times month or skip 23 months and my periods started to get irregular times month or skip 23.
    Menopause was diagnosed with pof premature ovarian failure ran out of eggs remember at the age of 15 my periods started to.
    My obgyn still thinks need estrogen and was 21 when making love am 37 now and was diagnosed with pof premature.
